Administrator - Recruitment


We are looking to recruit an Administrator to assist with recruitment activities for our client based near Immingham.  This role is full time, which will become permanent following a successful trial period.

The ideal candidate will need excellent administration skills and the ability to deal with a high volume of roles at one time.  Previous recruitment experience is essential. The candidate will be working to support  Project Managers with the recruitment of various trades.

Duties include:-

  • Resourcing for suitable candidates
  • Maintain and update an in-house database
  • Updating spreadsheets using excel
  • Arranging contracts for new starters
  • Booking site inductions
  • Complete weekly timesheets
  • General administration duties
  • Answering incoming calls


  • Experience of working in a recruitment role is essential
  • Must be a good team player
  • Focused, adaptable approach and calm under pressure
  • Excellent organisation and planning
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
