It is with great sadness that we announce that Terry List, the chairman and founder of List Group plc has passed away after a short illness.

Terry was a well-known businessman, highly respected for his achievements.  A true entrepreneur, Terry started the List business in 1971 by working as a draughtsman for industries along the Humber Bank.  Opportunities for acquisition and diversification led to company expansion and a long period of growth.  

In recent years Terry had taken time to enjoy his many personal interests, allowing his sons Dean and Craig to take the reigns of the List Group and associated companies.

Terry’s legacy – his entrepreneurial spirit, integrity and customer commitment, lives on in the companies he led.

The thoughts of everyone at the List Group of companies are with Terry’s family and we extend our deepest condolences to them.
